The small charming holiday house Casa Hossa is situated on a finca in the area of the little town Inca on the Balearic Island Mallorca in Spain. Inca with his shops, supermarkets, retaurants and bars is 1,5 km away and the beautiful sand beaches of Mallorca 20 km. This nice country house is simply but very tastefull furnished. It consist of a ground floor and a attic respectively gallery. The groundfloor of the country house offers a living/dining area (22 sqm) with a sofabed and satelite TV, a dining area for 6 persons and a little open kitchen. There are also a bedroom with a double bed (12 sqm) and a shower room (5 sqm). On the attic/gallery can be found another sleeping area (20 sqm) with a big double bed and a sofabed. Ouside of the lovely holiday home there is a big furnished terrace (100 sqm), a private swimming pool (5 x 8 m) with a pool shower and sunbeds and a nice little garden with lawn (80 sqm). There is also a mobile barbecue and a parking place. Advice: There is another country house on the same plot, where the owners are living in the sommer season. Both houses have an individual entrance and are totally privacy.
